New Hot Water Service Installation removes fire risk
Back in December we came across a dangerous hot water service installation under/through a timber deck. We couldn't help but ask ourselves how the house had not burnt down!
The external gas hot water service had a timber deck installed around it - AND then they decked over the top of the hot water service FLUE AND ALL!

A week or so later we disconnected it and fitted this RINNAI 26 continuous flow hot water service in its place. New copper gas fitting line too.
